Agreeing outcomes

An ‘outcome’ refers to an aim or objective you would like to achieve or need to happen – for example, continuing to live in your own home, or being able to go out and about.

We will agree outcomes with you for each of the needs that we say will be met or funded by us.

We will talk to you about the best way to get those outcomes. You need to tell us what you think will be the best way and why.

If we need to spend money to help you meet the outcome it will be done in a way that is best value to Devon County Council.
