We will consider ways in which we can promote your independence and reduce your needs at every opportunity.

We will also give you information about how you can help yourself with any other needs that you have and stop them from getting worse.

This could include:

• providing information on healthy life choices
• providing information on community resources
• identifying personal strengths and supportive relationships.
