What is an NHS Health Check?

The NHS Health Check is a national prevention programme for adults in England aged 40-74. It checks your circulatory and heart health and what your risk is of getting a serious disease.

Please speak with your GP surgery about any available health checks they may offer.   

What can I do if I’m worried about my health?

If you have any concerns about your health, you should speak to your GP or a trained healthcare professional.
