Helping people with a learning disability find support to stay happy and healthy

We want people with learning disabilities to have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. This might be around finding the right place to live, help with managing money and benefits, staying healthy or having an active social life.

It is our aim to find people the support necessary to live as independently as possible, as part of their local community and close to their family and friends. Watch ‘Louise’s story’ to see the amazing impact that this can have.
