Getting help

People with autism and ADHD have different support needs. Some are able to live independently while others may need help with specific tasks or round-the-clock support.

There are local support options available to people with autism and ADHD, as well as their carer, in Devon. You can search for these on Pinpoint.

The National Autistic Society (NAS) is a leading national charity with branches across the south west. They explain the types of support available to people with autism.

The national Attention Deficit Disorder Information and Support Service (ADDISS) offers information and resources to anyone affected by ADHD.

AADD-UK is a website created by and for adults with ADHD.

Devon Partnership Trust (DPT) Devon Adult Autism and ADHD service provides diagnosis and assessment for adults in Devon who have not previously been diagnosed and whose symptoms are consistent with an Autism Spectrum Condition or ADHD.
