Our constitution sets out in a single place how the Combined County Authority work, its legal powers and responsibilities, how decisions are made and how is makes sure that decision making is open, transparent and accountable.  It includes the roles and responsibilities of the CCA and its committees.

Our Assurance Framework sets out the arrangements we have in place to make sure that public money is used responsibly, openly, transparently and accountably to achieve best value for money.
