Who we are

The Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority focuses on enhancing quality of life and business competitiveness by taking decisions locally on policy key areas including economic growth, skills and training, housing, and transport.

Our devolution agreement sets out how we will use our new powers and funding to promote economic development, manage adult skills funding, accelerate housing projects, and improve public transport infrastructure, so that we can create a more prosperous, sustainable and fairer Devon and Torbay.

This collaborative approach ensures that Devon and Torbay will continue to grow and prosper, benefiting all residents and stakeholders.
