Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority is made up of constituent members, non-constituent members and associate members.

Constituent members

Three members are each nominated by Devon County Council and Torbay Council.

Non-constituent members

There are four non-constituent members of the CCA. Two are nominated by the Devon Districts Forum to represent the interests of the county’s district, borough and city councils.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is nominated as the third non-constituent member. There is currently a vacancy for a fourth non-constituent member.
