Anne-Marie is Chief Executive of Torbay Council and also acts as the Chief Executive of the Combined County Authority.

Sean is responsible for the operational leadership and performance of the Combined County Authority (CCA). He supports the Chief Executive to set the direction and strategic priorities of the CCA, making sure that it delivers value for money.

Amanda is Head of Legal Services at Torbay Council and acts as the Monitoring Officer for the Combined County Authority. Her role is to ensure the CCA operates safely and legally.

Matthew Thorpe is the Deputy Director of Finance and Public Value at Devon County Council and acts as the Chief Finance Officer of the Combined County Authority. His role is to take responsibility for all financial matters within the CCA.
