Tony initially qualified as Internal Auditor via the Institute of Internal Auditors and has over 10 years experience of working in the public sector, with both Local Authorities and the NHS.
Having split his time between audit and risk management over recent years he has worked via the Institute of Risk Management to obtain a formal risk management qualification.
He leads the Partnerships Risk Management offering which includes everything from bespoke training sessions through to the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management. To achieve this, he draws on both his formal qualifications and his experience of many different sectors both public and private. This includes construction, hospitality, telecoms, charities, education, governance, local government, the health sector and blue light services to name a few.
Tony’s depth of experience matches the diversity of the clients he has supported with work including Key Financial Systems, Social Care, Planning (including S106 and CIL), DBS, Public Sector Integration projects, major ICT undertakings and specialist construction projects.
Tony uses his experiences of Risk Management, Internal Audit, Project, Programme and Consultancy reviews to deliver consistently high-quality work that regularly exceeds client expectations. His skills and knowledge allow him to be called upon to undertake work across our client portfolio.
