Value was added in that the report received will have a direct impact on the way that we proceed to complete the remainder of the self-assessment. Your professionalism, patience and flexibility was greatly appreciated. During this, there were some potentially sensitive conversations which needed to happen, and delicate questions which needed to be asked.
