Devon primary schools are represented on many statutory boards, LA working groups and other initiatives. The Executive Committee represent DAPH and attend these meetings, reporting back on issues that are pertinent to the primary phase. It is this working relationship that enables DAPH to influence and shape decisions being taken in the best interests of all children.
A summary of DAPH representation on the various statutory boards and working groups is detailed in the DAPH Structure Chart.
School leaders who would like to represent DAPH on Local Authority and other working groups can express an interest by emailing the DAPH Office, stating any particular area or subject of interest. Please include your school, contact details and a short personal statement as to why you feel you have the skills and expertise to undertake this role and how you believe you will be able to contribute to the aims of DAPH. Once received, your name will be added to a central register and you will be contacted when an opportunity arises.
