Children's Hospice South West – Little Bridge House
Hospice support for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. Hospice breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care are all available

Vranch House provides the specialist wheelchair service for children who have been assessed by a community therapist as needing specialist provision
