You can use the Hub to tell us what you and your child thinks about their strengths and difficulties and what help they think they need to support them.
There are two areas for you to record your views. ‘About Me’ and ‘Parent/Carer Views’ are multimedia spaces where you can type text, add photographs or short video clips. If we decide to issue an EHCP, we will use this information to form Section A of the EHCP.
You will also be able to see who else has been asked to provide advice for the assessment. You can see this advice once it has been submitted.
