If an EHC plan is going to be issued, a draft version of the plan will be prepared. You will be able to view and comment on this.
Firstly, log into the EHC Hub and you will be taken to the plan stage. To comment on a section of the plan, click on that section. You can comment against each outcome and every provision.
Make sure you save each comment by clicking the ‘Save’ button.

If you would like the case co-ordinator to consider a new education setting please include this in Section I.

You may want to get independent advice or support from DiAS. The DiAS website contains information about checking a draft EHC plan using the EHC Hub.
Completing your comments
You will have 15 days to record and submit your comments.
When you have completed all of your comments, click on the button that says ‘Finish Commenting’.
Once you have clicked this button you will be unable to add more comments and it can not be re-opened therefore please ensure your comments are final.
