To be able to log in to the EHC Hub you must first be sent an invite to register.

Issues you might have after you’ve registered
Do you have more than one email account?
You will only be able to access the Hub using the registered email account.
Please make sure you are entering the correct one into the login screen.
Is the password correct?
Unfortunately, even if you are 100% sure that this is the password you entered on a rare occasion it still might not work.
If this happens just click reset password. You will then shortly receive an email allowing you to set up a new one.
Please check your junk or spam and deleted folders for this email and if still not received add noreply@idoxgroup.com to your safe contacts.
Please leave 15 minutes before trying to reset again.
Have you forgotten your memorable passphrase?
This happens to everyone! Let us know and we can get this sorted for you.
If you included a space in your passphrase this will count as one of the characters so bear this in mind when entering each letter.
If the hint means nothing to you and you just can’t get in please either give us a call on 01392 380434 (option 2) or drop us a line at the email address listed below and we will reset this for you.
The next time you log in you will have the option to setup this up again or use a different method.

New phone or text not received?
If you set up your security to be a text to your mobile and you no longer have access to the phone or the message just isn’t being received please either give us a call on 01392 380434 (option 2) or email us at the email address listed below and we will reset this for you.
