How to contribute your views to a request for assessment


The EHC Hub will contain all the information that has been submitted as part of the original request for assessment. You can view this and add to it by logging into the Hub. 

Once you are logged in, you can select the child that is currently the subject of the request and then access all of the information that has been submitted so far.

Some information can be amended and expanded on. Please remember to click ‘Save’ once you have made any changes.

Other information is for reference only and cannot be changed. If you feel that any of this information is incorrect, please speak to your caseworker.

Documents can also be uploaded to further support your request. Please try not to send us photographs of documents as these are often hard to read. You can scan documents using a smart phone app such as Adobe Scan or Microsoft Lens (Devon County Council is not responsible for content on external sites).
