Mindfulness for positivity, confidence & self-esteem
Who is this course for?
Are you struggling to get back into work?
Do you feel rejected, dejected and fed up?
Learning Mindfulness can help.
As a highly effective well-being practice with a substantial evidence-base, Mindfulness continues to increase in popularity in public and professional life all over the world. It originates from Buddhism, but is now commonly taught in a secular way in healthcare, education and business settings.
In terms of stress and mental health, regular Mindfulness practice is now proven to be as good as medication for relieving anxiety and depression and is recommended by NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) as an evidence-based treatment for depression.
You will be learning:
• Some easy, introductory Mindfulness exercises and meditations
• How you can use what you learn to understand and overcome negative self beliefs and improve your self esteem, confidence and resilience.
