Overnight closures of M5 Junction 29 Northbound exit slip road
Posted on: 26 June 2012
The northbound exit slip road of the M5 Junction 29 will be closed overnight on Monday (2 July).
The overnight closures will take place between 8pm and 6am to allow anti-skid surfacing work to be carried out.
Traffic will be diverted to the exit at Junction 30 to travel along Moor Lane to Moor Lane roundabout. Alternatively traffic can use Junction 28 and return southbound to Junction 29 to exit onto the A30.
The work is part of the ongoing upgrade of the junction to open up access to the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point.
South West Highways Ltd is carrying out the work on behalf of Devon County Council.
Temporary speed limits remain in place for the safety of the travelling public and roadworkers, and mobile speed enforcement is taking place.
