Updates to PEN subscription

We have been working on updating the PEN website and have made a number of improvements. As a result of the changes, you can now choose to receive information more tailored to your business type.
The changes will affect your current email subscription and in order to receive ongoing notifications from the PEN, you will need to re-subscribe.
