Immediate danger

An individual is in immediate danger if:

  • there is an identifiable and immediate risk to life (due to violence, injury, illness or self-harm).
  • someoneĀ is suffering, or is at risk of suffering, immediate and significant harm (due to violence, injury, illness or self-harm).
