We are Indiana Healthcare Services, a Devon-based care agency, constantly growing to provide our services to more and more Residential and Nursing Homes in Devon.

If you are a Healthcare Assistant searching for extra shifts or full time work, we have flexible shifts, full or part time, days, evenings, and weekends. You can decline shifts when first offered if you are unavailable, no problem.

We call our care workers with as much notice as possible about new shifts, they have the option of giving us their availability for the week and we also track this against our systems for managing continuity of care at each of our customer homes, ensuring our end service users receive as much familiarity as possible from our staff.

Care workers are then prioritised for shifts based on familiarity to the service users, relevant skillset to the shift, friendliness, reliability, and feedback from our customer homes.

We are looking for people who can cover shifts in Devon.
