Commercial requests
For companies acting on behalf of a client, for example, transport planners, consultants, solicitors and companies working on behalf of DCC.
There is a charge of £195 + VAT per request. This charge covers a plot and report, provided in PDF format. Vew an example report here.

Non commercial requests
For members of the public, local authorities (parish or district councils), students and all other non commercial enquiries.
Collision plots/maps are free of charge (or you can view our collision map for mapped data). Reports for general enquiries are available at a charge of £145+VAT*. Charges are waived if you are a local authority (parish/district council etc.), a student, or a member of public enquiring to see the collision data used as evidence in a declined planning application. *An invoice will be emailed to the address provided, requesting payment before the collision data is released.
