Use this service to apply for a renewal of your existing pavement licence. Please note that applications to renew a licence are subject to approval.
Before you start
Before submitting your application please ensure that you have taken note of the guidance provided below in order to submit a successful application. Please also read our terms and conditions.
A renewal application should be made when there are no changes to the:
- licensee named on the current licence
- operating hours agreed on the current licence
- number of tables and chairs you wish to use
If you wish to apply to change anything on the existing licence, please complete an application for a new licence.
You will need to provide the reference number of your existing licence.
A copy of the current public liability insurance policy should be available to us upon request.
