Early years settings attached to maintained primary schools

Support includes:

  • specialist advice and support for practitioners
  • home Language Assessment when needed
  • online support through social media, EMTAS website, providing up-to-date information, resources, strategies and current practice
  • specialist resource loans, for example, persona dolls, cultural resources, bilingual books
  • free access to regular EAL network meetings
  • support at TAF meetings
  • multilingual storytelling

Other early years settings (settings attached to academies, independent early years settings, pre-schools and children centres)

Support includes:

  • support at TAF meetings
  • online support through social media, EMTAS website, providing up-to-date information, resources, strategies and current practice
  • free access to regular EAL network meetings

For specialist services offered as part of the core offer to early years settings attached to maintained schools, there will be a charge.
