Connecting KS1 Standards to Tests 2022
Framework Standards 2018 to 2019+
The DfE/STA have produced a new framework of standards for use for the academic year 2018 to 2019 and beyond. Teachers in Year 2 are expected to teacher assess their children against this set of standards. The framework documents explain the judgements that the DfE expect teachers to make.
Children in KS1 and KS2 working below the standard of their Key Stage are to be assessed against standards 1-4 (KS1) and 1-6 (KS2).
