Devon Public Health Nursing (PHN)
Devon’s PHN team, in particular School nurses, provide a range of support, including for emotional wellbeing and with difficulties around attendance and transitions.
What they offer
Parent support, direct work with young people, support and advice to schools and professionals, online/website support.
Age range supported: Early Years through to Further Education.

Early Help
What they offer
Early Help is not a specific service or team. It’s an approach to working that brings together people from a range of different services and teams who will work with the whole family to help improve things for everyone. This may include support from communities, family and friends, voluntary and community service, universal groups, education and health.
Age range supported: 0-19 years.

What they offer
Kooth is a free, safe, and anonymous online platform where young people can access mental health support whenever they need it. This includes a text chat service and a range of information and tools to support mental health.

Young Devon
What they offer
Counselling, one-off Wellbeing Sessions, CBT, Victim of Crime help, Wellbeing Cafés and group sessions to young people, who are looking for support with their mental health and wellbeing.
