Colleagues from the latest Leadership and You cohort were challenged to consider our Leadership Charter and Stop the Clock events and to:
- Identify what you need to do to help make the Leadership Charter’s words live to others in the organisation. How do we bring the Charter to life?
- Good news stories – find the inspiring stories from people in DCC who are demonstrating and living the values of the Leadership Charter – how are they demonstrating this and what is their impact on their people?
- From the feedback collated from Stop the Clock, help identify some quick wins.
