To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.
The service will commence on 1st September 2017, for an initial period of three years, with an option to extend for a maximum of two further years.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
An open process was undertaken as part of which two tenders were submitted, one of which was incomplete and was therefore disqualified.
The remaining quality submission from Resource Futures was considered as part of the formal evaluation process as set out in the procurement documents.
The decision has been taken on the basis of the service provider achieving a satisfactory score for their quality submission for the delivery of the service in accordance with the contract.
