We know that deciding to become a Councillor can be a big decision and that you’ll have lots of questions along the way! That’s why we’re running two free information sessions (available online and in-person) which are open to anyone who is considering standing in the May 2025 Devon County Council Elections.
The sessions will be a great opportunity to hear more about the life as a Devon County Councillor and gain an insight into the role and what to expect. You’ll also have the chance to ask our Democratic Services team, including County Returning Officer, Maria Price, any questions you might have.
When are the sessions?
- Tuesday 10 December at 5pm (Daw Room, County Hall, Exeter)
- Thursday 16 January at 9am (Clinton Room, County Hall, Exeter)
Please note, these will be hybrid sessions so you can attend either online or in person.
