Officer Decisions (archive)
Director of Climate Change, Environment and Transport - Meg Booth
The Government require local planning authorities to review their Validation Checklists every 2 years. DCC’s current validation checklist was adopted in May 2021, and there is due an update.
Approved.
The validation checklist has been updated so that it reflects new and updated planning legislation, policies and guidance. The draft checklist has also been out to consultation, and we have reviewed any comments that were submitted, and have also actioned them if deemed appropriate.
