The framework will commence on 15th February 2016, for the period of 12 Months with an option to extend for a further 24 months
Sole supplier Lots (All Lots excluding Lot 2)
The decision to place these suppliers onto this framework for a sole supplier Lot has been taken on the basis of the suppliers achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Multi supplier Lot
The decision to place these suppliers onto this multi supplier Lot has been taken on the basis of the suppliers meeting an evaluated score threshold for price and quality of equal to or above 60%
A competitive process was undertaken from which nine Tenderers submitted compliant bids; these were all considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
There are no conflicts of interest in relation to these suppliers being promoted onto this framework
