To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on the 1st May 2021 for the period of 12 moths and end on 30/04/2022.

First & Second Floor, 11 Cliff Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TE7 2NE.
Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken to extend the contract for 12 months and the longer-term requirement should be subject to further commissioning and re-procurement.

The alternative option was to retender but due to the nature of the market and pandemic this will not be achievable.
