Decision to vary the contract for CP1458-17 Complex Lives Responding to Domestic and Sexual Violence and Abuse

Decision Taken:
A variation to contract with Splitz Support Service for the provision of the above contract.
DCC to provide funding of 80K per annum for 2 years towards the recruitment of 2 FTE staff for The Devon and Torbay IRIS Project.
DCC will not have any direct links to the employment of the individuals and therefore no liability to DCC, should the funding after the 2 years is not secured and redundancies are necessary
