To promote on to a Framework (Subject to due diligence) the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The Framework will commence on 14th August 2018, for the period of 48 Months, with no option to extend.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken from which 23 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process. A 60% combination of quality & score was required to be promoted on to the framework which the above Bidders.
