The decision to award a Pre-Construction Services contract.
Decision Taken:
To award a contract to ISG Construction Ltd for the provision of the following services:
(1) North Devon Enterprise Centre (ERDF & LEP-funded) and
(2) Sitewide Infrastructure Works
at Roundswell South Business Park following a 2-stage Mini Competition under the Southern Construction Framework.
The contract has a total value of £101,408, comprising fees of £84,109 for (1) and £17,299 for (2) above.
Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest overall score within a tender process.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A 2-stage competitive process was undertaken through the Southern Construction Framework from which organisations were invited to submit a tender. At Mini-Competition Stage 2, 3 compliant bids were received and assessed as part of a formal evaluation process.
