£35,000 has already been approved for this project.
Three tenders have been received and all are significantly above the initial project estimate provided by NPS. Due to the closeness of all three tenders received it appears the estimate provided was too low and NPS have recommended, following agreed omissions, that the lowest tender should be accepted.
An additional £22,000 is requested for this project, funded from savings on the replacement block project at The Axe Valley Community College.
