To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 1st April 2017, for the period of 36 Months, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
Approval for award of this contract following the single bid was given by Head of Highways, Capital Development & Waste as per Clause 2.18 of Procedures for Tenders and Contracts within the Devon County Council code of Business Conduct.
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken, prior to this the following options were considered:
- Let the contract expire and have no refreshment vendor at Stover Country Park
- Let the contract expire and let Stover Country Park choose the refreshment vendor they want to provide
- Tender for a refreshment vendor
Tendering for a refreshments vendor was deemed the best option for Devon County Council
Details of any conflict of interest and dispensation granted to the Officer taking the decision or by any Member of the Council in delegating responsibility for any specific express delegation:
There are no conflicts of interest.
