To appoint to the CPF2034-21 South West Collaborative De-Icing Salt Framework 2021-2025, and award contracts for the supply of De-icing salt requirements for the 2021 – 2022 winter spreading season. (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisations for the provision of the above contract.
The Framework will commence on 1st July 2021 for a period of 48 Months.

The decision has been taken on the basis of suppliers achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
