To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.
The service will commence on 1st April 2017, for an initial period of two years, with an option to extend for a maximum of two further years.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
An open process was undertaken as part of which three quality submissions were received which were considered as part of the formal evaluation process as set out in the procurement documents.
The decision has been taken on the basis of the service provider achieving the highest overall score for their quality submission for the delivery of the service in accordance with the contract.
