To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 30th January 2017, for the period of 12 Months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis that this option was the most economically advantageous. The framework agreement provided the authority with instant savings on the cost per voucher, along with the time and costs involved in tendering the opportunity.

An options appraisal was carried out with the following options considered:
- Extend the current contract
- Award to another supplier on the CCS framework
- Award under another framework
- Let the contract expire
- Retender for a new contract
