To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract commenced on 14th September 2015 for the period of 12 months.
Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken from which 4 bids were received and these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
