Decision to award the contract for CP2204-22 – Summative Assessment of the Thrive programme, following a direct award from the Business Support Framework.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will start on commencement date of 1st April 2022, for the period of 12 Months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken based on the supplier being selected from the list of Lot 2 ‘Academic Investigation’ Providers of the CP1787-19 Business Support Framework 2020.  This work is awarded as a ‘direct award’ as allowed with the Framework call-off options.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

PFA Research was selected from the Lot 2 Providers, based on their prior experience of completing the summative assessment for the previous ERDF support programme, so they have a proven record of working within the strict ERDF guidelines.
