Decision Taken:
To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.
The service will commence on 1st May 2016, for the period of 23 Months, with an option to extend for a further 24 months

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest score for their quality submission for the delivery of the service in accordance with the contract and within a fixed pre-specified annual budget

A competitive process was undertaken from which three bids were received which were considered as part of the formal evaluation process as set out in the procurement documents.
