To extend the current contract to the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above services. The contract will commence on 1st September for the period of 24 Months until 31st August 2021.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). In addition, a full options appraisal was made considering all the available options.
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken from which 9 bids were received with 4 bids achieving the minimum 60 points enabling them to progress to the presentation stage. These 4 bids were subject to the full tender evaluation process.
