To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 5th August 2019, for the period of 24 Months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken following the guidance of the Digital Markeplace process suppliers were selected and evaluated as part of the formal process.
