Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
Since the value of the contract is below £100,000, the Authority’s Formal Quotation process was followed as part of which two tenders were invited to tender, of which only M·E·L Research Ltd submitted their tender
The decision has been taken based on the tenderer’s price being within the budgetary provisions and their quality submission score being around 80%.
