To declare a parcel of land at Kingskerswell surplus to requirements and dispose
Decision Taken:
It is decided that a parcel of DCC land (approx. 0.233ha (0.575acres)) at Kingskerswell is declared surplus and is to be disposed of. The site is residual following the completion of the South Devon Link Road scheme.
Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
This disposal will forego an ongoing maintenance liability to DCC.
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
To retain the land and maintain at DCC’s expense and liability.
