It is recommended that County Council land in Barnshill Close, Cheriton Fitzpaine, Crediton, EX17 4AN be declared surplus (approximately 80 square metres).
Decision Taken:
To declare the land surplus and sell the land to the adjoining landowner by private treaty sale.
Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The land is not required for any operational purposes and the sale will divest the Council of ongoing maintenance liabilities.
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
To retain and maintain the land at Council expense.
