Dawlish Town Council

Dawlish Town Council (DTC), is one of two town councils that sit on the Exe Estuary Management Partnership. DTC’s main purpose is local community leadership. The Town Council has several functions including providing advice, providing grants and managing the Black swans and other ornamental waterfowl that live on the river. DTC supports the work of the EEMP to make Dawlish an attractive place for residents and tourists alike.

Dawlish Town Council’s representatives are Councillor Terry Lowther and Councillor Martin Wrigley.  Terry is a Town Councillor for the South West Ward. Martin is the Town Councillors for the North East Ward.
